ABG is planning to outsource IT function

Amber Beverage Group is undergoing a transformational program to increase profitability for a sustainable growth.

As part of this transformation program, we are planning to outsource a non-core function, such as IT services.

We are confident that the market, both in the Baltics and internationally, can deliver the high-quality services we require. Therefore, Amber Beverage Group intends to initiate a tender process on October 1, 2024.

The scope of services to be outsourced includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Project management and implementation of ABG group IT infrastructure transfer to the cloud
• Management of servers on OS and application level
• IT security management
