The Board of Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter – the Company) informs that the overdraft from AS Luminor banka has been extended till 31 December 2025. The collateral and guarantees that were granted previously by ABG will stay in force for a prolonged period.
The total amount of the secured overdraft is 22.3 million euros. The effect of the transaction is assessed positively on the Company's commercial activity, as ABG is given additional time for repayment or refinance of the loan on the favorable terms.
