Information on a significant transaction

The Board of Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter – the Company) informs that the overdraft from AS Luminor banka has been extended till 30 December 2024.

The total amount of the secured overdraft is 22.3 million euros. The effect of the transaction is assessed positively on the Company's commercial activity, as the Company is given additional time to finalize the negotiation process.
