Following the instructions of the Trustee CSC (Sweden) AB, Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (ABGH), as the Issuer, hereby publishes this notice from the Trustee entitled ‘Notice of Procedure in Writing for Notes Issued by Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l.’.
At the same time, ABGH, as the Issuer, notes that the information contained in the notice regarding the establishment of an Ad Hoc Committee, which could make decisions without the Super Majority or Majority of Noteholders as required under the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, is contrary to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
ABGH has already informed the Trustee in writing of these risks and is prepared to take appropriate action to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the Notes are complied with.
