Amber Beverage Group announces that the initiative of Credit Suisse AG to waive the repayment term of the existing loan of EUR 25.4 million until 29th February 2024, has been agreed upon.
The unaudited consolidated net revenue of the Amber Beverage Group for the first nine months of the year 2023 reached EUR 244.8 million, reflecting a 3.1% decrease from the same period in 2022.
