Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter also “ABG” and the “Group”) informs that the term of the loan (overdraft) from BluOr Bank AS provided to ABG subsidiary company SIA "AMBER DISTRIBUTION LATVIA" has been extended until 1 April 2026, accordingly collateral agreements entered by Group’s companies have been extended as well.
The total amount of the secured overdraft is 3.4 million euros. The effect of the transaction is assessed positively on the Company's and its subsidiarys commercial activity, as the subsidiary is given additional time to repay the principal amount of the overdraft.
