Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. announces that its 2024 Annual Report with Independent Auditors Report will be published by 23 May 2025, instead of 30 April 2025, as originally planned. The postponement of report issuance date is related to the extra time required to collect and process the necessary information as requested by the newly appointed auditors in accordance with applicable regulations within the situation of remedying consequences as caused by the 2024 cyberattack.
