As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, I want to personally update you on the steps we at Amber Beverage Group have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world.

 

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), we have augmented our already robust Business Continuity Plan with specific steps to account for COVID-19.

 

As the situation continues to develop, we have asked employees in select locations to work from home as a precaution. Please rest assured we have tested this scenario as part of our business continuity planning, and we are equipped to maintain the production, logistics, high-quality sales and customer service you have come to expect from us. Our customer service representatives are here to assist you around the clock.

 

It goes without saying that, in the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners are paramount. We have prepared Group Guidelines on COVID-19 based on guidance from the World Health Organization and local government that even exceeds the requirements. As such, we have suspended employee air travel and recommend only land travel, preferably by car. In addition, given many of our customers have implemented similar travel policies, we have instructed employees to leverage technology and conduct internal and external meetings virtually as much as possible. We have also made a prudent decision to carefully consider and when possible to cancel our participation in all large-scale events across the globe.
